Sculpted Black Jade Cabochon
Two diagonal grooves divide this black jade cabochon into three sculpted sections. The upper and lower sections are polished, while the center is intentionally left matte. That contrast is part of the finished design, giving the deep black surface a quiet change in texture as the light moves across it. This individual piece can be kept as a loose cabochon or finished with an epoxy-attached bail, with or without a necklace.
